Naturopathic manual therapy and medical massage

Naturopathic manual therapy, including medical massage, looks at body mechanics and posture; identifies areas of stress, tension, pain, or dysfunction within the musculo-skeletal system; and utilizes mobilization and manipulation of the soft tissue and muscles to rebalance and rehabilitate the body. Therapeutic exercises and self-help techniques are customized for the needs of the individual to develop a preventive approach against repeated or further injury.
